Shipping will be USPS, UPS or FEDX
- We cannot ship to PO
Boxes or an address not listed with your credit card or paypal account.
- Items ship 5 days a
week. We will ship within one to two business days after payment is
received.
- On rare occasions there
may be a delay on certain items. If part of a larger shipment, you will be
given the choice of splitting the purchase into two shipments.
- No CODs (Cash on
Delivery)
- Firearms are shipped
only to Federally Licensed Firearms Dealers
Returns:
- Returns received
without a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will not be
accepted.
- If the there is a
manufacturer's defect, a RMA request must be made within five days of
delivery by emailing
brian@southeastarchery.com. Describe in
detail the defect and if possible include a digital photo.
- We will issue a store
credit, repair or replacement for authorized returns in original condition
with all original packaging, including all paperwork and manuals.
- There is no warranty
offered on any product unless stated on the product description page and/or
original invoice.
- We will not pay shipping expenses for return
merchandise but will ship a replacement item at our expense if warranted
